Bloc Café is flooded with light and cheerful in the extreme, could be likened to a prozac over exposure, due to the café being made of large floor to ceiling windows, unfortunately the view is of the main road which is always busy, but non the less it's always a pleasure to be able to look out and daydream with your coffee cup. The menu is uncomplicated yet unique everything is done to an ultra modern perspective and is quite delightful and very satisfying. We came here on bank holiday Monday. We were hoping for a coffee and cake, but sadly they’d ran out of cakes due to popular demand with it being bank holiday weekend. We ordered a chai latte and a flat white, which came to £6.30.
The service was great, the coffee was delicious with the chai latte being one of the best I’ve ever had. There was plenty of seating indoors and a lovely seating area outdoors, ideal for dog walkers.
