Sometimes words fail you and ‘brill’ isn’t quite enough to describe a place. Then it’s indescribable? Maybe it has It has ‘je ne sais quoi’ Every single detail has a twist with class taste and elegance. The floor, the food, the decor, the table lamps, the menu and it’s items, the serving glassware, the loo !!! Everything has a twist that all works together to give a classy yet chilled, relaxed vibe. But non of this would work if there was no friendly welcome. Welcoming us in near last orders and happy to offer food menus was Nicola. Friendly, helpful, and attentive till the end of her shift where she said goodnight to everyone cheerily to finish our orders. Having 10 minutes left and hardly any free crisps and nuts left (another nice touch to each drinks order) Lucy was happy to bring another bowl over. Read moreSuper unprofessional would not recommend!!! Terrible service, the toasties are soggy and their pastries I’m pretty sure are from Lidl, my wife’s coffee was £4 and arrived cold, no crema either, she is a coffee geek and said it was terrible. A scatterbrained (maybe the owner?) running around everywhere, stressing out at the concerningly young staff members and immediately blaming them if something appeared wrong, she took my payment mid meal then walked out and left the rest of teenage bar staff alone to close up I guess as she didn’t come back. Absolutely abysmal, save yourself the trouble and avoid this place like covid also not wheelchair...

I object to, whilst still seated, being asked by the woman who had served us to "pay me now, as I'm going soon." The place wasn't closing. There were other staff present, and she hadn't bothered to ask if we were finished. There was no explanation given why she talked in that way. Weird. Won't...
