Elite Fast Food — Restaurant in Kirklees

I have been ordering from Elite since it opened 18yrs ago, tonight I ordered 2 pizzas and a kebab and when it came the charge was a lot more than usual, after ringing to shop the man read out what he was charging and it did not match the menu prices. The menu was up to date as it was posted through my door this wk! The man on the phone was abrupt and rude stating “this is the price this is the price” the delivery driver even rang the shop asking him to offer some money back but he shouted at the deliver driver “this is the price” after 18 yrs of loyalty to this shop I’m guessing it has a new manager who is rude and arrogant and I will NEVER be ordering from here again!!! £5.50 for small donner meat and chips and it was very very small....cold donner meat soggy chips and wasnt going to even melt the cheese and said will melt by itself.
