It's gone downhill went in today and had a happy meal (yes at my adult age) burgers feel smaller, everything else was perfect with that meal. I then went to order some mcflurry and the machine crashed or something and I was asked to pay again for them again luckily I told her I'd already paid and it went through to which once I'd pulled it up on my bank account and shown them jits already going out my bank she helped me by making that second order free so I only paid for the one that messed up but this is a bit bad for those who might easily pay a second time not understand that they already had. Maybe new software is needed to prevent this. Also another thing I've noticed... The staff seem to prioritize delivery drivers over customers standing waiting to order at the kiosk. Yes I know they have machines to order but I personally won't use then as it's putting staff out of work. It would be nice to at least be acknowledged rather than stared at as they pass by to get to the delivery people. The place was clean though. The staff who I personally dealt with were polite and kind and helpful and they got our orders out super fast.I if I could give just them people five stars I...

Ordered a McCrispy (Plain) via Mcdelivery Received as fully loaded with lettuce and mayo. Also found it was a McSpicy in the bun. Label on the side of the box states McCrispy Plain

3 times in a row this has happened when ordering McCripy’s. I feel staff need training on how to read Spicy and Crispy!

Also ordered double Cheese burger that was delivered, looking like its had a round with Mile Tyson.

Called customer support who did give me a refund. However, all i wanted was a replacement meal. I’m hungry after a full day at work and not had chance to get anything in normal food wise due to work commitments. After checking the refund email, i found out they have refunded me the wrong item (less value item)
