Quatro Pizza — Restaurant in Kirklees

We’ve had food from here about 4 times over the last year, and they rarely get the order right. Last night was the final straw for me. On there menu It clearly say “all our Kababs come with salad and either chilli sauce or garlic sauce”. So I ordered one Donna Kabab and one chicken Kabab both with garlic mayo, and two sides of chips. However, when we opened them neither had any salad on them, just bread and meat with garlic mayo. So I phoned up and was told by an abrupt woman that she had asked me if I wanted salad and I’d said “no”, which was absolute nonsense. If they make a mistake they should just say so and to blame the customer for their shortcomings is pathetic.

So, my advice is, if you want to spend over £20 quid on two bits of dry bread, some meat, and cold over-salted chips, this is the place for you. If not, go elsewhere, we certainly will...

Would give 0 stars food was alright little cold but delivery women was so rude and her behaviour was disgusting, I live in a flat one store up she asked me to come down which I explained I could not due to my partner not been there and having two every young children and she then carried on with me saying that they don’t go in peoples house, well excuse me but my front door is actually upstairs and I wasn’t asking you to bring my food in to my front living room, just to bring it to my front door. she then carried on saying she might get covid and she can’t come up because of covid guidelines, would really like to know them guidelines, will never order...

Well it’s the first time I have had food from you in quite a long time. We ordered Meat Feast pizza, Mexican chicken with salad and coleslaw, and lasagne…..oh dear what a disappointment the Chicken was lovely…..the chips were cold and dry very chewy and the rest was quite sickly. The pizza was so limp salty and soggy and the Lasagne I can’t describe the texture and taste and looked quite inedible we did try a bit and the taste was yuk..We don’t normally complain but I felt it was so...
