The reason for the two stars are as follows. While I didn't have to wait a significant amount of time for my coffee it was long enough to annoy me. After my order I stood waiting for my coffee. As the person was making the coffee disposal cups for the drive through were being used. After the forth disposal cup I was thinking how long will it be before I get my coffee? Eventually I did get my coffee. There were four people working. One serving inside customers. Two serving drive through customers and one making coffee. There were two coffee machines so why not use both! The vast majority of the tables had not been cleaned and had crumbs from food etc. The lady came out and collected empty cups from vacant tables but did not clean or sterilise any of the tables. I picked what I thought was a healthy sandwich (Chicken, monterey jack and red pepper sandwich) but this contained 40% of my RDA of fat. I must say the coffee and sandwich were very nice but this experience has put me off using Starbucks again.
Went in again today 2nd May 2022. A bit quicker service but still slow due to serving people at the drive through. Tables still not cleaned. Lots of tables not cleaned and cops etc cleared. Only reason I went here was because Starbucks...

Queuing to place an order where there isnāt any sanitiser available in the stand, or in the tatty make shift pump bottle purchased from the local bargain centre. Then itās time to order and you are informed you canāt stay in as there arenāt any tables available because they are poorly distributed. Not just at this store, but others in the area are the same. Fortunately, GREGGs is available and open right next door ššš and a properly priced flat white can be obtained to go. Covid is here for the next 2 years or more Starbucks managers and you need to get your act together. At least have some sanitiser available....I carry my own which is also ether than the gel rubbish you...

I informed the member of staff on drive through first before I ordered and then tried to proceed to order a grande pumpkin spice frapp with oat milk in my own cup. When I got round to the window they had already made it up a drink and rolled their eyes when I handed my cup over and said did you say you wanted it cold, yes, they had made a hot one. Then I questioned if they were making it with oat, no came the reply with another eye roll. Eventually got what I thought was the right drink in my own cup (gave me a new one) I paid and went on my way. Took a sip only to find it had coffee in, YUCK, to far away to return it. Won't use the drive thru again...
