Doogle's Donuts — Restaurant in Knowsley

Very disappointed in Doogles Donuts , 31st March, ordered donuts to be delivered from their website. as I couldn't drive. Spent £44.40, for myself and my brother. Order was confirmed to be delivered between 1pm and 5pm.

5pm arrives, no donuts, and no answer on the contact number.

Rang the next day and couldn't find my order, sent the order confirmation to them, next day received an email to say they would refund me, could I send back details. Sent bank details over to them, this was Wednesday 2nd April. 11 days have passed another phone call last Monday, and still not heard anything.

It's a shame, as I enjoyed going there for a treat, but will not be returning. Contacting bank, to request a chargeback. If not received by Wednesday.

Putting it on here, to hope it pushes them to refund.

Absolutely delicious! I'm not usually a fan of donuts but these are good, very good. Lots of different toppings to choose and all freshly baked.

They also serve a selection of hot drinks to wash down all that chocolate goodness. Staff member was lovely very welcoming.

Yes donuts were a little pricey but no different to a what you'd pay for crispy creme, your definetely getting your monies worth and so much more flavour...
