McDonald's — Restaurant in Knowsley

This branch is become the worst ever since a year ago. Not once not twice but atleast 10 times everytime we been there now there is issue.the management is beyond poor/unprofessional. Staff look unorganised lost and really delay food u just don't get served in this branch waiting time 20 to 30 min for ur food to be done large order or even just a burger waiting time very long. Should call it macdonalds slow food not fast food.in front by till there is always about 10 people all over the place drlievery drivers u can't get to the till to order and if u order on auto machine there is always no tickets or recieds which later when u enquire about delay of ur food but u av no ticket to show u keep getting asked av u paid for it whats ur number u sure u paid through machine etc. Once I ordered big mac. Got everything except no burgers just bread/salad sauce when I show an compliant I got told I must av asked for no burgers on it argueuing with me. Another time 3 times asked small burger for child nothing on it just little mayo.i was given Once with ketchup full onions/ gone bak again I was given 2nd time burger with ketup pickles an totally soaked with mayo all over place which I complained saying to the girl will u eat that she said no sorry while in kitchen young lads cooking were laughing joking an throwing twisters at each other instead of keeping foods right then I got burger with just bun no sauce 3rd time how difficult is it to ask for burger with only bit mayo nothing else. One other time bought 20 chicken nuggets got home there was only 12 nuggets in box. Few times bought big mac meal fries missing.ask for coke no ice got full ice in coke. Bought chicken mayo got just chicken an bun. When u complain they make uwait for another 10 min so by time u go bak to continue with ur food ur fries is cold everyone else hav finished or ur hot choc cold etc.its absolutely rubbish branch none of staff apologise or give u fresh food to compensate for thier mistake. We av decided not to dare go to this branch ever again.used to be good over a year ago but management has no idea how to run this place better he quote and get different job he be good at.anyways avoid going to this place.edgelane macdonalds although 10 times busier always food is right...

McDonalds Huyton please read your own reviews! I came in this evening from Belle Vale as the McDonalds was closed. I made an order which was wrong by 1 item unfortunately for you it was a main item. This meant I had to drive back to Huyton another 2 miles to get the order made complete. I could use the original order as all the food had now gone cold which meant a new order had to be made up . I had to wait a further 5 minutes and when I was handed the new order I checked the bag only to find the order was still not complete to the original one made. I was told that the sweet Chilli dips were in the bag. So I drove home another 2 miles and sat down once again to have my meal only to find that the original fries (high were now freezing cold) and original burger had been put back in the bag AND there was no Sweet Chilli dip in the bag. So there was no point in me returning to McDonalds Huyton in the first place after all this! I spent a ridiculous amount of money for cold food I had to drive some distance for and the order wasn’t even correct… twice! I’m not McLoving it McDonalds…I’m no longer hungry… I’m Hangry 6.5.22 23:01...

Worst McDonald's experience ever, we went through the drive thru, the entire process took at least half an hour. We were patient and the four of us ordered a variety of food, mainly snacks and drinks. We had trouble paying but I think that was on me, it was all okay until we received our drinks and food which wasn't the right order. We received coke instead of Fanta then had a glance in the food bag to see a big Mac (that we hadn't ordered) and 3 portions of fries which we'd only ordered two. We handed it back thinking we just received the wrong order. The server then proceeded to argue with us that it was our order, so we had to relay everything we'd asked for. They then spent 5 minutes checking and changing the food, only to be handed the exact same bag again with the exact same food. Which turned into another argument from the server demanding that the Big Mac was ours. I have never left a McDonald's feeling so upset and disappointed with the service.
