Was wondering around heysham village to find a place to have breakfast when me and my other half spotted Tracy's Cafe.
As we walked in, all was well and good until the waitress expressed that we had to wait 30 minutes for our food, I abliged and we were seated at our table.
The experience only got worse from this point as 10 to 15 minutes into our wait I couldn't help but notice that the waitress was having a good old rummage inside her nose at which point I couldn't stop looking and fealt physically repulsed by the sight of her picking at her nose it only gets worse when she finishes picking and proceeds to enjoy the reward buy eating the contents of her nose right in front of everyone in the cafe to see in plane view, I fealt utterly disgusted and put off my food entirely.
When the food finally came I began to eat fully aware of what I had witnessed. Then the waitress proceeds to serve customers in a manner that fealt disrespectful in the way that she would serve customers by facing away from us so that her behind was protruding right in our faces while we were trying to enjoy our food.
The reason we didn't speak up and say something was because we fealt so embarrassed for her and ourselves.
Further more I only hope that the waitress sees this review and changes her picking habits and is more self aware that she is handling food.
We paid for our food and left the cafe in utter disgust we will never be...

Read moreI’ve been coming here for a few years but always get anxious to come regards to how Tracy and Sheila treat young staff ages (15) . The way they address the young staff who are still balancing school and also picking up a weekend job on the side is amazing and such a good thing to do at that age and it seems to go over their head with the way they treat the young girls . Swearing at them , not addressing them by their name and saying you over there , eye rolling and straight up just hanging up on them . I’ve heard it all and seen it all the customer service is not acceptable at all they’re stuck in they’re nasty ways . Avoid at all Costs !!!! The chief Georgina is so so lovely they need to take a leaf out of their book she is great and deserves the recognition for being so...
