Yesterday, we placed our first order from this establishment, and the food was good hot, fresh, and delivered within 30 minutes. We ordered again tonight and provided the estimated delivery time of 30 minutes. However, one hour and ten minutes later, I contacted the establishment and was informed that the extended wait was due to a shortage of donner meat. Our order was estimated to be delivered within 10 minutes. Consequently, I canceled the order and placed another with our usual takeaway, which arrived 30 minutes later. Despite ending the call to my local establishment, the delivery driver arrived only 5 minutes later. I had to turn the driver away. If I had been informed earlier that there would be a slight delay due to the donner meat shortage, I would have been satisfied. This was our second order here, and it will be our last. It is unfortunate that they have lost a significant portion of their customer base due to a phone call that misled customers about the estimated delivery time. They would have had a regular customer every weekend, but unfortunately, we are no longer part of that group. While the food is good if you are willing to wait significantly longer than the estimated delivery time, it is disappointing that this establishment prioritized a phone call over accurate communication with...

Got the Peri Peri smash box. Very poor, after ordering not even 5 mins later, received, already knew the wings would be soggy and tough, goey sauce cased around your fingers before even taking a bite, the burger wasn’t a burger, not fillet, but a frozen tough piece from a wholesaler, the problem is they’re young lads that think happy smiles will cover up their lack of awareness of what cooked is, they think chucking a chicken wing on a grill for 2 minutes is good enough with 3 char marks, I don’t know who trains/educates these guys , but seriously cmon, it’s like a ‘blag’ culture that’s been going round with people for last decade or so, with a bit of care this could be a really good meal box, you can blag the teenagers and drunks, but cmon, standards are dribble, I can see that you’re part of Trojan, why have you both gone so slap happy. Won’t be back for some time. Straighten it out will you! Maybe get the older dude with the baseball cap n glasses micro...

One of the best places for sure staff friendly hardworking done everything really fast didn't expect that and food JUST WOW. Waited under 10 minutes for two peri peri boxes super fast👌🫶 Great size box brilliant for a big eater like me for only 10.50£ an absolute bargain and drinks included. Food quality top notch everything was fresh chips absolutely perfectly cooked.. Not soggy. Donner juicy not dry nice flavour and colour love it. Burger and wings absolutely brilliant cooked to perfection.. Got recommended on fb and wasn't disappointed. Only one thing it was confusing when we got there it didn't looked like that they do chicken there only ice-cream or desserts lol so actually they do the best chicken for sure.
