Used to love ordering from here. Tonight was a mess! The woman on the phone was so lovely however the Wrong food was sent. Called and asked for a replacement with the correct item, they advised it would be 20 minutes. Asked for my food to be redone as it would all be cold. They said they'd do that if I gave back the first lot of food (concerning about reselling food but sure). Half hour later the driver comes back, we swap orders and he then begins to accuse me of eating it really rudely.. why would I eat it when I'm sat waiting for the food I wanted and asked for and i gave it back??? Called for a takeaway, asked if there were white onions in a dish as I am allergic. No, the owner said, only spring onions. When I got the dish home it's got more than half of an entire spring onion in it.
