Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Leeds

Usually I have no trouble and customer service is great. Today was my birthday and I used an app QR code for my treat, the young lady served me but didn't acknowledge the treat. I know she saw it so when I let her know about scanning the code she says it didn't come up so I scanned it again, the whole time both these young ladies were on mobile devices and their customer service was awful. Some staff need customer service training and less distractions. If i ever see these two ladies in that shop again it's a automatic U-turn. Even when I left and said thank you they both ignored me. I've been going there since they built it and I've never experienced such blatant, unintentional disrespectful behaviour. They would do well to pay attention to their environment and customers instead of trying to multi task and stay off these silly devices called mobile phones 📵

UPDATE: No more mobile phones and great customer service, the staff are paying more attention to their customers, which is a fantastic turn around compared with last year. I hope this standard continues, oh love the smiles when...

I highly recommend this costa, its by far the best. Me and my family visit often. The staff are outstanding, friendly, welcoming, provide great service and make the best frappe! The store is clean, atmosphere friendly, swift efficient service & that is thanks to the staff. I have come more than once a day too because the frappe are delicious! I look forward to it & so does my family. I always use this costa when I can even if it means waiting all day to get there because its worth the wait! 😊 I'd like to give a massive thankyou to Jamie, Tom, Luke & the rest of the team for always making mine and my family visit...

It took me half an hour to get there to have a coffe, a girl at the counter which her behaviour was unacceptable, I ordered a double espresso and Christmas cracker late then she was saying something to her colleague on headphone then they started to laugh, sat down on the table with wife and my kid she came to us saying sorry take away only, even there were few people sitting, this is not only my opinion about this girl but some friends are not going there because of...
