I came into your store at Leeds The Springs at around 5.00pm and one of your staff members called Naomi was talking about me in the store just because I couldn't make up my mind, baring in mind I have adhd, which is a learning disability so I took longer to decide on what I wanted, I had the sunflower landyard on so it could be identified that I have a hidden disability. I'd came in with my grandparents and Mother, this is absolutely disgusting behaviour and want this resolved and an apology from her, you need to train your staff alot better to identify these things and not to slag people off because they can't make a decision. I ordered 2 drinks on app at 18:52 for take away order with a 6-8min collection time order was accepted.
Which said online they open until 8pm last order 19:45. I arrived at 7pm to be told we're closed I said I placed order on the app have they been made? Cashier just said nothing on my system I checked app they had just cancelled the order. Guess they couldn't be bothered.
