When we turned up we were told it was a 15 minute wait which is more than okay and we were happy to wait. 15 minutes came around and nothing. 25 minutes came around and nothing, people were leaving but nobody was being seated, tables weren’t being cleared (due to staff being pulled all over) at half an hour we were told that they need to stop seating people to allow relief. The staff were very poorly organised and were constantly apologising for a very poorly run restaurant. There was no set people for allocated areas which meant the back log would become overwhelming and they’d be half way through jobs. We were sat at a table 10ft from the bar; the guy at the bar had done his job and done all the drinks orders but there was no servers who were allocated the bar. This meant we were waiting 5 minutes looking at our drinks, we went and asked if we could just get them ourselves but was told it’s a health and safety risk…

I WANT TO STRESS, it was not the servers fault, the kitchen was over whelmed and the manager handled the communication poorly. Our servers Joseph and Josh were fantastic, polite and very well mannered. They were constantly apologising, me and my boyfriend as well as two girls we’d met in this whole ordeal kept reminding the staff they were doing great because they needed to hear it.

The staff were very positive, the manager on the other hand, was just taking complaints left, right and centre. We witnessed 4 complaints whilst waiting alone and 1 of them resulted in a walk out. Having been to many different locations of wagas and loved it.

Unfortunately this experience wasn’t great, I believe I overheard that two staff also went home. For a new opening of a restaurant I know it can be difficult but it also isn’t an excuse and you do what you can. My partners food came and by the time mine came he has finished his, 25 minutes between two dishes being served isn’t acceptable.

The atmosphere was very tense and awkward, very few left with a smile on their face. All of this could have been resolved by better communication and organisation. Today I had the pleasure of visiting Wingstop, and I have to say, the service was absolutely outstanding, all thanks to an employee named Prince. From the moment we walked in, Prince greeted us with a warm and welcoming smile, making us feel instantly valued as customers. He was incredibly patient and helpful as we were placing our order, answering all our questions with expertise and offering great recommendations.

What truly set Prince apart was his attentiveness throughout our meal. He checked in on us regularly to ensure everything was to our liking, and even proactively offered us extra ketchup, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. It's rare to find someone so dedicated to providing exceptional service.

Prince's positive attitude and genuine care for customers created a truly enjoyable dining experience. His presence alone elevated the atmosphere of the restaurant, making it a place we wanted to linger in and savor our meal. Thanks to Prince, I will 100% be returning to this Wingstop location, and I will be recommending it to all my friends and family. Was so excited that this opened near me. Really disappointed that so much food not available. I had my 5 year old with me who likes her food but tried something different. wanted edamame - unavailable. Advised he prawn crackers weren't spicy. My girl had one bite too spicy (she can eat a pepperami black). Tried to order her regular main, not available. Tried something else didn't go down well a bitter taste. So ordered her some plain chicken rice and veg. Came with half the veg missing. I ordered a pad thai. Blandest pad thai I've ever had it was dry and had no lustre about it. Had to smother it in soy and chilli sauce. They don't get served with nuts due to other allergies... should have been named on the menu as bland chicken and prawn noodle with beansprouts and a dusting of flavourless crispy onions.
