Jigger & Jar — Restaurant in Leeds

We sampled a couple of drinks here before our anniversary meal.

The drinks menu was very impressive though I have to admit that cocktails aren't really my bag. I did however enjoy a really good G&T, just regular.

My wife had a beer and one of the variation Spritz. Both met with her approval.

Service was excellent, by the two guys on duty. They were chatty, friendly and ensured that we got just what we wanted with the minimum of fuss.

The place itself is really comfortable with settee areas and more formal high seat tables. The music was very inoffensive and wasn't a hindrance to us enjoying our time there.

All in all it was a good, enjoyable experience that I would gladly repeat.

The meat and cheese boards sounded good but unfortunately we had a booking elsewhere. Next...

Best cocktail bar in Leeds - Having living in Leeds City Centre for many years, we have been to many cocktail bars. However, since moving to Garforth, this is far the best one we have tried. Great selection of drinks (fairly priced) and the staff are always friendly and make time for a chat - this makes a big difference to the experience you have. We still need to book in to try the food boards which look awesome! Would highly recommend this...

Fantastic day today. Mums first trip out in 14 months. We had to celebrate at the local Cocktail Bar with glass of wine, cappuccinos and chocolate orange brownies (very moorish). Can thoroughly recommend Jiggar and Jar in Garforth staff so friendly, it was clean, organised and delicious food and drink. Toilet suitable for wheelchair, outside heaters, plenty of room and huge umbrellas just in case. We will definitely...
