Valentinos Pizzeria — Restaurant in Leeds

I came in today to order a fine tasting meal for me and my good friend. As I placed my order with the fine young girl who was serving me I was asked what sauce I would like with my wrap. I wasn’t too sure on what sauces were on offer so I kindly asked what they had. But I was rudely responded with an arrogant point to the menu board. Shocked I was. She had no sympathy towards me. Not sure who she thought I was. Megamind perhaps? Really not sure. Now, to the food. The wrap. It was honestly just mid a straight 5/10. 6/10 at a push. The donner meat was honestleh just a bit dry the same with the chicken. The chips though. Quite frankly the best * chips I’ve ever had. Omg the red salt. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. As a whole Valentino’s is a loveleh place. Just the service and SOME not all but some of the food lets it down. Really wish I could be ranking it higher but for now it’s just not making it to a top ten cuisine in garforth. More like top twenty. All I’ve got to say for now. Will be returning for sure don’t you worry....

Usually enjoy the food but the customer service itself leaves much to be desired. We ordered a garlic pizza and they failed to mention there were in fact two options: tomato or tomato and cheese. This was not made as clear as it should have been and we were given the wrong one. Upon calling back we were told we should have known there was two options, that basically the mix up was our fault, so instead of any offer of a refund or just the correct pizza to be given for free as is the usual and courteous thing many other businesses do, we instead had to pay extra for the correct pizza to be delivered, basically paying way too much for a mix up which wasn’t our fault. As stated, we usually do enjoy the food and in terms of the delivery they are usually always quick and reliable. We were loyal customers but after this treatment we will not be using this...

Absolutely love this place! The pizza is always fresh, flavorful, and made with quality ingredients. Whether it’s a classic Margherita or one of their creative specialty pies, every bite is delicious. The crust is that perfect balance of crispy and chewy, and the sauce tastes homemade with just the right amount of seasoning.

The staff here are super friendly and make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. Service is quick, and the atmosphere is cozy—perfect for a casual dinner with friends or a family night out.
