Hunslet KFC had no FC so I walked up Dewsbury Rd. When I got there I was informed you can only pay by card, NEVER SAID OWT ABOUT THAT ON THE ADVERT. The man behind the counter was saying he was sorry his eyes, facial expressions and tone of voice were showing off his bit of authority and power, REMINDED ME A BIT OF A YOUNG ADOLF HITLER. As luck has it a mate of mine came in and did the honours for me. I asked if possible for five of my nine pieces to be drumsticks,if possible, PLEASE. Was told I’d have to wait ten mins which I didn’t mind. We Just went tonight at 10.15 tonight the restaurant doesn't close until 11. Firstly it took 7 mins to serve us as all they were interested in was the online ordered. The food was appalling, they sold us all the left over stuff that was cooked probably 2 hours before. No fresh chicken insight because they were ready for closing. The strips were like rubber, along with the chicken leg and the popcorn. The gravy is the reason I order kfc, and guess what!! Tastes like water, pale in colour barely brown. No flavor at all. My filiet burger was rubbery, the bread roll was warm like its been sat in room temperature to long. I'm sorry but I spemt spent nearly £20.00 and the food wasn't worth £5.00. They should be cooking fresh food up until 10.40 but they are letting quality go to make sure they finish on time. I'm pretty sure i won't be using that kfc again 😕 . What happened to the 80s/ 90s kfc when the food was always top quality?

Oh and the staff aren't smiley, happy or friendly. The look we got was when you don't want customers to come in because you want to go home. No hello or nothing. Poor customer service, id avoid this one if you care what you put in...

Ordered a family feast bucket and tower burger meal. (£43) Requested the buffalo sauce be provided separately. (Kid having sandwich, not sure if he likes it) Food arrived cold, corn on cob looked grey, no dipping sauce for 5 people and burger full of buffalo sauce with a note on the receipt stating 'we are not allowed' next to my request.
