Yorkshire Fried Chicken — Restaurant in Leeds

We made an order which cost over £40+, then given a delivery, which then kept extending and turned out to be 2 hrs later it was eventually delivered, the 2 bags had dripping oil from them and all over the inside of the bags, we opened up the bags to find the pieces of chicken in 2 boxes had a thick layer of oil at the bottom leaking all over the other boxes, but the main issues was that the crispy chicken was far from it, every piece was undercooked, oily, and very sloppy which indicates the oil that they was cooking the chicken in was at a low temperature "Fried chicken can become oily and sloppy if the oil temperature is too low, causing the breading to absorb excess oil instead of crisping up, or if the chicken is overcrowded in the fryer, further dropping the oil temperature." This is very dangerous!!!! And could cause food poisoning!!! Then to find out that we had ordered 2 loaded box for 7.99 each to then end up with only a chicken burger and chips and find out that we was missing half the order from these, each box was missing 2 x wings, 2 x chicken strips, and missing the 1 piece of chicken, so pointless, the 8 pieces of chicken was couldn't be eaten due to being under cooked, I had even attempted to call the branch 7 times and nobody wanted to answer the phone, We used to like the crispy chicken from these, but we have noticed the quality has gone down hill and it was worth anywhere near what we paid for, so we will never use these again in the future and would spend our hard earned money elsewhere. This spoilt the weeks take away, this place really.needs to improve on quality, cooking the chicken correctly and ensuring the customer gets what the customer paid for and to ensure delivery can be delivered within a reasonable amount of time...

Me and my boyfreind came here after a trip around that area (we are from bradford) on thursday night around half 8 we got 2 burgers which being honest it tasted delicious BUT the guy who was serving us had the most disgusting attitude i ever came across in my life rolling his eyes at us not responding to my boyfreind question (how long will chips be bud?) And literally threw our food boxes at the till to us!! I was absolutely fuming. Being a retail supervisor myself i know all about customer service and he was SERIOUSLY lacking it. Im suprise we even bought the food and walked out with out saying a word to him because he was absolutely and utterly rude. This is a shame because the burger was lovely but i certainly wont be going back because he doesnt even deserve the custom after how he treat us.

Hi everyone I would like to say yfc is known for excellent quality and great prices. we use high quality grade A chicken fresh every day Customers Who have left good comments and feed back I would like to thank you and appreciate your genuine comments also like to say yfc halal is a five star rating you can look it up @ the council food hygiene site search for yfc halal We have one or two bad feed backs but don’t let them put you off since they just customers that are never happy they just like leaving bad comments but what they don’t know is they just embarrasseing them selfs they expect gorden Ramsey’s food and service for a few quid grow up guys
