McDonald's — Restaurant in Leeds

Just came through the drive through and naturally two cars at the other-side was served first! Then the person on the telecoms came on and said “can I help you?” (Are you asking me a question here?) Then She kept interrupting me while I was ordering. Then as I approached the window to pay she sassily limp handed the thing to pay but kept pulling it back so my phone went off twice and had to redo it. When I asked if she could actually pop her hand out the window so I could reach I got a nice little eye roll!

Then I went to the window to collect My food and was passed very disgusting looking ice creams . When I asked if they were ok the well mannered lady behind the counter said “we have a new system that means we mix them! She then asked me to park up and wait . I did this and another young man brought my food to the car. I checked the bag to find half filled chips. I decided that was my final straw! I asked him to replace the ice creams as they were vulgar and top the chips up! His response “I can’t do that for you. Take it up with my manger!

This place has really gone down hill. No customer service at all. I didn’t moan about the wait, I didn’t moan about the sassy chav serving me and originally wasn’t going to moan about the ice cream but the straw was the chips! To be told by some scruffy smelling - greesy haired - spotty grot bag “speak to my manager” this is not acceptable from a food chain.

This is not appropriate to take hard earned money and give back half of what we pay to you! (It won’t let me attach photos of the food for context and the email to the store is...

I do not usually write reviews, I understand people have bad days but that is no excuse to have such bad customer service skills regardless. We waited 10 mins while the workers where idle and some looking at us and ignoring us until I asked a blonde girl “hi can you serve us please” since from my point of view she wasn’t doing anything and her initial response was “what” in an attitude. So unnecessary and rude. On top of that she said wait and then went to do the fries… but then I don’t understand how there are that many staff for them to call over the guy who is working on the window and is constantly serving to serve me inside when surely you’d have inside staff to do so? The guy who did serve us was nice but the rest? The 3 managers it seems that was working? Questionable. And to top it off when we had already asked for sauce on the receipt and my mother asked a worker nicely she got the sauce and threw it into the bag, twice when my mum had held out her hand to take it and with the most moodest expression like we had done something bad to her.

As someone who also works in catering and have to do the same things as them I would never speak to a customer the way they did or even ignore them because firstly it’s bad manners and secondly it would ruin the image of the place you work at and in their case, Mc Donald’s. This happened tonight at 10pm. I believe you should review who you hire because they clearly need more training if that’s the way they speak to everyone or is it because I’m chinese? Which I hope is...

Me and my friend went to mcdonald’s for a breakfast. We used the monoply cards and the workers were extremely rude. Now I am a teenage girl but that does not mean i should be thought to be a bad person just for walking into mcdonald’s. I thought it was very rude and the woman brought me out my food looked me up and down and put the food in front of me. Did not tell me to enjoy or even smile. Minutes later, a different worker was talking to someone else in the mcdonald’s seating area and were both looking at me and my friend which makes its clear they were talking about us. If they weren’t then my apologies but either way I didn’t have an enjoyable experience. After all of this, all of the workers were staring at us from the counter which I believe is very rude. If you choose to ignore my complaint because you know who we are then so be it but you need to work on how polite your staff are. I get that teenagers in this day and age are not the kindest people but we was doing no harm by eating a mcmuffin. Now you may ask why i am so annoyed.
