Would give it 0 stars if i could. Me and my boyfriend went here last night, we was very disappointed altogether. We were seated very quickly and it all went downhill from there. Took a while to get someone to take our order, after that we then we went over to the salad bar, after waiting a while again, a waitress asked us if everything was okay which all we had eaten was salad. We waited about 40 mins and still no food we were both starving and starting to fill up on salad which is not what we came for, one of the waitress asked us if everything was okay once again, and still no food, we asked how long it would be, she went to ask and it was sat on the side waiting to be brought out luckily it was still hot, but we only got 2 things we ordered. We asked where the sides were and also told her if they had not been put in leave them, so the waitress went to ask again, when she came back she said they were still in the oven, this was part of our dinner that we wanted all together. I asked her if they had just put it in and she said no it will be a few mins, it was not. We started eating the things they did bring out as we were so hungry, we finished the food that was brought out and still nothing else, i went over to tell them to leave them and i got told that they were coming out the oven so they would box them up. When they brought the sides to us i asked if we could have them taken off the bill as our dinner was ruined which they did, when i checked to see if they were right they was wrong too. So i gave them back and told the to leave it, we still had to pay £15.99 for a pizza, chips and drink as they took the other one off, i still wasn't happy about having to pay that as we then had to go somewhere else to pick up food as we were both hungry still. All they did was blame the system, if its not working go to pen and paper instead of hoping for the best as i know we wasn't the only ones that was wrong. This has put me off ever going to pizza hut again i'm not planning on returning anytime soon, and we are only visiting Leeds i wont be going to the one in...
Read moreYou know that feeling you get when you've been low, nothing seems to be able to lift your mood, and you feel as if you will be in this hole of despair forever. Then the clouds part, a ray of sunlight hits your face, you see the beauty of the world, and in that moment you think, "You know what? Maybe everything will be okay after all." That's what it feels like walking into Colton Mill Pizza Hut. They are the sun in my sad, dreary life.
We went for the lunchtime buffet and were treated to a smorgasbord of delicious circular heaven in the form of unlimited pizza.
One of our party has allergies, their own body working against them— is there a crueler fate? Yet, even this was not a problem for the fine people employed at this fine establishment. The manager, Kath, I believe was the name, answered all our queries and questions.
As far as purveyors of food and drink go, there is no place within the immediate area I would attend over the Hut that provides us with the most delectable pizza. Pizza Hut Colton Mill,...
Read moreHad a pretty disappointing experience today. We were greeted nicely by a lady when we arrived and shown to our table, which was a good start.
But when we tried to order using the QR code, our phone was super slow and the menu wouldn't load properly. I asked one of the staff members if she could help or take the order for us, but she said they don’t take orders at the counter anymore and everything has to be done through the phone. She wasn’t very friendly about it either. Honestly, I don’t know how someone without a phone is supposed to order.
Eventually, I got it to work after trying a few times and placed the order. But then I saw the same staff member go over to another table and take their order and entered it in their system. That really confused me, why was I refused, but someone else got help? It made me wonder if I was being treated differently.
Very disappointed with the service 😔. That said, the food was actually really good. I just hope they treat everyone equally...
