Rajas food house — Restaurant in Leeds

I've been going to rajas food house for years now. And every time I go they have gotten worse and worse. I request ford without mushrooms as I am allergic to them. Yet they said it with mushrooms on. Then I'm working over an hour again for the the credit food. Today I order again and the pizzas I ordered came all flattened to the inside of the box! Pizza is flat it's not complicated to know that pizza should be put on its side! I called them to complain and they said the would bring replacement pizzas in 25 minutes. 45 minutes pass and I'm still without any food. I call again and they thought I didn't want anything. I said I want some food. The said it would now be another 45 minutes as they didn't understand the first time. An hour later I still don't have anything and when I call back they have the nerve to say that won't be sending anything. They didn't call me to tell me that! These guys have become amateurs and don't have a clue what they are doing. Never going...

The food is lovely. We have been using them for a while never really disappointed. Unfortunately we didn't get good service yesterday. It took 2 and half hours for our food to come Which I can understand sometimes it gets really busy and can be out of there control. The thing that annoyed me was when I called them from my phone which must bring my address up they didn't answer I didn't just call once it was a few times, I used my son's phone and they answered straight away was told no longer than 15 minutes, 40 minutes still no food called them again of my phone no answer called them off my husband phone they answered they apologised and said he had set off. I came 20 minute before shutting. I ordered a doner meat and chips. With salad and sauce. They took payment from my card. Then told me that they do not have salad or chips. After they took my money. I was reluctant but continued with the transaction. And I was presented with what I can only describe as dog food. Infact I would not even feed my dog this food! Doner meat was absolutely disgusting, the colour of it was off. The meat stunk, and it was chewy and hard. Vile. Then they gave me the smallest tub of garlic sauce??? So small like a sachet. If you can not provide me a good service and quality food when you are closing. Do not take payment and don’t give me dog food! Next time I will go to Tesco and buy dog food it will taste better than this...
