Route 66 — Restaurant in Leeds

This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had, including how disgusting the food was and how the order was so wrong...ordered the food at 7.13pm through just eat, who should take this place off as it also gives just eat a bad reputation. After so many ignored calls and lying that food was on the way...ended up going to the restaurant in person which was only a 15 min drive... to try and get our money back,which never happened...the order then arrived at 10.15pm over 3 hours late that was clap cold and numerous items missing, all ended up in the bin. What a waste of time and money, very unhelpful, will never ever order from here again and strongly advise you don't too, you will be very very disappointed especially if you order...

Very average food, there's nothing special about it except the price which seems to be a lot for what you get compared to most other places. Not only is it a rip off in terms of price, the chips are just standard frozen fries. The milkshakes are again average and you can just make better ones at home. I'm baffled they're even selling drinks cans for £1.75, if thats not greed I don't know what is.

We had a terrible experience. We orderd wingsand then sat and waited for 15 minutes for them to then tell us they were out of wings, instead of before we had placed the order. So we then asked for chicken tenders and then waited another 20 minutes for that to be served. The worst part being the fries were all cold and tastes stale.

Disgraceful customer service. Will never...
