I usually love this place, but we collected a pizza the other day and they weren’t wearing gloves or face masks, they were switching between putting pizza toppings on to using their mobile phones to answering the phone on the desk... it honestly made me feel sick given what’s going on right now. Great place if you like fresh cooked food! I had a problem where I ordered online and then I paid at the door. Because I was on the phone not thinking so ended up paying twice. However I called up and explained the situation. Then without hesitation they refunded me my money and they was totally understanding. Compared to the others around this wouldn't of happened.

The food from here is great but their customer service is not that great, we ordered and they delivered the wrong food, we called up and they told us to give it back to the driver as the driver had picked up the wrong order, the person on the other side of the phone then proceeded to say that they wanted it back so they could deliver it to the other people who had ordered,...
