Fabulous bar that doubles up as a cafe shop in the day. There's outdoor seating too. Wine choice is good and cocktails very good. There's cocktail offers during in the week and a wine offer too, where you have 2 glasses of wine and get the rest of the bottle for free. It's great here and even in lockdown there's always a great atmosphere. Joe and Jonny, the two main bar staff are really friendly and welcoming. Jonnys mum makes buns sometimes, sold in the day with coffees etc. The bar joins into the adjacent Zoya (indian) restaurant, you dont always need to book to eat there after you've had a couple of drinks in here first.. if you wanted to go and eat that is! One of the best drinks selections I’ve seen in a bar. That said however, it feels very much like if you’re not a local/regular you don’t get the same friendly interaction especially from staff (they seemed more interested in the Peri Peri chicken they had delivered), making the atmosphere all a bit flat. I try not to leave negative reviews however, this is the second time we’ve tried this bar and walked out feeling like we wasted our money...
