Greggs — Restaurant in Lichfield

I got a hot chicken sandwich for the last 3 years Iv eaten this sandwich and can tell you this was the worst yet. They really put 1 cut up piece of chicken in the baguette… it’s honestly disgusting for the price tbh they should be ashamed clearly trying to pull a fast 1 on customers not to mention baguette was rock hard ! Don’t bother ! Couldn’t even be bothered to spread...

I placed an order on uber and I called the store just to ask if some thing could be changed and the staff were so helpful over the phone , and the food always comes in 10/10 conditions . Never ever had a problem ordering with them , and are always helpful when I use the app in store to click and collect . Literally no notes for this Greggs , everything is always perfect...

You wouldn't know that this was open unless you live nearby or drive past it. I went for a walk due the half hour wait for my next train and seen as I left the road approaching the train station.
