Ordered at 9:34am, Deliveroo said delivery would take place by 10:20am.

The restaurant accepted the order - Deliveroo now showed delivery would take place at (instead of by) 10:20am.

At 10:55am, Deliveroo sent a notification showing that the order was being delivered and that delivery would take place around 10:45am - 10 minutes prior to when the arrival time was updated. Strangely, even past 11:20am the app still says that delivery will take place around 10:45am.

No delivery by 11:05am and I'm now missing the first part of a meeting that is better to be late for than to have to duck out from later.

Delivery took place at 11:07am by a very friendly guy who wished me a happy Easter. I hope he didn't take it personally that I wasn't too chatty and had to get going for my meeting.

Despite (only) ordering two sandwiches on baguettes, one was a baguette and one was a sub. Unfortunately out of the two, I would have preferred them the other way around, or, you know, both of them being on the baguettes that I requested.

The food itself, however, was very satisfying after such a long wait, and I enjoyed it very much. The sausage seems like very cheap quality sausage, and that is about the only complaint with the food quality. A tip to the restaurant: I would gladly pay extra for better quality sausages.

Sadly, I will order from anywhere else but here again, because waiting so long for a couple of sandwiches is ridiculous. I would have appreciated some friendly contact to say that "we're really busy so we're going to take a bit longer than normal", rather than them simply delivering 53 minutes after they confirmed that they would to begin with.

Maybe I would consider to buy again if I happened to be walking by the cafe, but I would not risk a lengthy...

I love this sandwich shop, great warm friendly welcome, lots to choose from at very competitive prices for the area. Its great watching your food being prepared to. Great customer service and lovely food....

Absolutely awful, egg like Rubber, all can taste is oil/lard, chicken tika and cheese panni as pictured... Really awful was just a baguette, with tikka sandwich filler, not worth eating wouldn't...
