Domino's Pizza - Lincoln - North — Restaurant in Lincoln

Was my worst dominos experience! Ordered two pizzas with a meal deal, then as I ordered and paid for it through the app, I checked through my order and it had said I ordered a cheese and tomato pizza without the cheese? So i rang up my store and spoke to one of your employees. After a 10 minute phone call to someone that didnt seem very confident he said it was sorted and the order was changed. I got the delivery and checked it after the driver had left to see that it still had no cheese and it was just a tomato pizza, which I wasn't pleased about at all. I rang the store back up and spoke to the same person and said it will be delivered once the driver gets back which was fine. I waited 30 minutes for the delivery and I come to check the pizza it was cold and it also had no extra dip? It might seem petty but with a customer that had rang up and complained you would of thought I would of got...

This store is shocking. I placed an order online and after realising I made a mistake with some of the toppings i rang up exactly one minute after i placed it (I checked the time on my phone). The first person I spoke to wasnt so much rude as she was useless, and she basically told me there was nothing to be done and I would have to accept the the pizza I ordered ... nonsense. The second person was worse however. After explaining my mistake to him he proceeded to give me a lecture on wasting food and made sure I knew how disgusted he was ! I could not believe he had the nerve to speak down to me like a child. I was totally polite and respectful on the phone (as the mistake was mine to begin with) and for my courtesy to be thrown back at me like that was unbelievable. I subsequently cancelled the order and i would not recommend this store to anyone, their customer...

I feel sorry for the beleaguered staff here. This store is delivery only after 5 o'clock, not that that information is available anywhere (maybe on the website), so they have to deal with annoyed customers who walk in the open door to be told they have to have delivery. Not so bad you may think at first but then theres a twist. There is no buy one get one free deal on delivery and so more annoyance, more abuse for the staff and all because, I suspect, the owner wants to make more cash.

So the star is for the staff who are doing their best and not for the branch who are not.
