Well had to take burgers back cold gave us a replacement said fresh but only just warm wot a start ordered 2 white coffees only 1 white tasted not right black coffee had like an oil round it took back got 2 more took them back still didn't taste right one woman said they had problems with machine didn't know if wanted an engineer said sorry but a nther guy said didn't think anything wrong he liked coffee I only drink coffee and I know it it taste is not right he asked where I go in the town I said no I came from Cleethorpes and have had no trouble with food or coffee he said well all shops use different coffee beans and different machines clearly was trying to fob me off not very good service asked if the chocolate came from same machine and thought for a mo then said think so well he should have known the chocolate wasn't bad but had better it will be a while before go there again we use that one as near the cemetery just before we travel back to Cleethorpes if no one says anything nothing will get done and then like us wasted our money when coud have gone...
   Read moreThis review is based on service. Since the "upgrade" things seem to have got worse instead of better. The place itself looks nice but service has taken a hit. As i wanted to pay with cash i queued at the counter. The assistant took an age to sort out what i wanted as she clearly wasn't paying attention. I had to reiterate the order twice to make sure. Then the fun started. You get in a queue and wait "Argos-style" for your number to come up. Despite the huge number of staff in there my number seemed to take ages to move up the list. It eventually disappeared all together. I got an apology from a Team Leader about the wait. They weren't hugely busy inside but the drive thru was queuing. Maybe that was their focus. The area where the food goes when it's ready to go out is a just a jumble of food. Surely this is going to lead to incorrect orders? After 15 minutes my order was ready, at which point i heard the team leader reveal that someone else was also doing my order!    Read moreAs a delivery driver I came here today to a very disgruntled crowd of people all waiting over 45 minutes for their meals (I got my delivery orders after waiting for 1 hour 15 minutes). The thing that bothered me the most was seeing the bags of food being kept on a very unclean floor even being trod on by staff (yes it was busy and packed but thatâs just disgusting and inexcusable). A picture of this is attached. I got one of the team to pick the food up off of the floor which he just replaced on the rack like nothing had happened. When I told a manager about this he was extremely disinterested and didnât even throw away the food that had been on the side. Obviously, I came here as a driver but I personally will never eat at a McDonalds again and I recommend others do the same because the sanitation of the food is certainly not guaranteed.
