Well this Burger King has gone to crap again. It was good for about a year when Emma was working there as she was always friendly and very welcoming, now the staff have changed and customer service is worse than ever. I had an offer on the BK app but for some reason their systems were not working and the manager (some lad in his early 20's) simply didn't care, he told me to go to KFC next door and come another time. This is not the first time their systems have not been working, but in the past they apologised said something like "it's not your fault our system isn't working" and sorted something out for me. This time their useless low-IQ manager basically said we don't care go away. No wonder the place is always dead.
Old review: Wow what a change! This BK went from being the worst I've ever been to, to probably the best! Staff are now friendly, and they get the orders right every time. Best of all is the improvement in the quality of the food. The Whoppers I've had over the past couple of months are by far the best I've ever tasted. It's so nice to see happy staff delivering a great service. I don't know who deserves the credit, but I suspect it's a group effort. Thank you.
Oldest review: Been here a few times over the past year. There's always a problem. For example: they give soft drinks with covers that don't fit from coffee cups. Key ingredients are missing from burgers like the Whopper. They don't give straws with drinks. I sent BK customer service an email explaining that an order was wrong and they didn't even offer even the smallest amount of compensation. Burger King and their restaurant staff just doesn't care about...
Read moreStrongly Condemning Discrimination at Burger King, East Prescot Road, Liverpool
I am compelled to express my extreme disappointment following a deeply unsettling experience at Burger King on East Prescot Road in Liverpool today. My daughter and I, expecting a pleasant dine-in experience as per the online information, were shockingly denied this opportunity.
Despite available space and other customers already seated, the staff abruptly informed us that only take-away was allowed. Their response was not only unhelpful but also conveyed an unwelcome and discriminatory attitude. It pains me to report that I felt targeted based on my color, encountering a level of racism that is both disheartening and unacceptable.
Discrimination has no place in our society, and it certainly should not be tolerated in any establishment, especially one as widely recognized as Burger King. This incident has left me deeply offended and has tainted my perception of the brand.
I urge the management to take immediate action against such discriminatory practices and instill a culture of inclusivity and respect within the staff. Racism should have no room in any business, and it is our collective responsibility to work towards a world where such incidents...
Read moreI was really afraid Google will suggest I leave a score about this place, because you caught me on a bad day and the experience didn't make it any better. Regardless, there were some underlying issues which should be addressed, so here we go.
Wagyu Burger - the highly marketed everywhere and by Gordon himself ultimate fast food burger of them all!!! But - not only the patty wasn't really that tasteful but also when I received my burger it was barely warm. Not hot, not very warm. By the time I finished it was already cold. I've had warmer Burger King burgers arriving at my doorstep with delivery, hence 1 star down for that.
Coke Zero - I normally never go for meal deals, but this time I was in a mood for fries with my ultimate Wagyu Burger, King of Kings, so I decided to upgrade to meal deal as it was more sensible option. The Coke Zero I received was the absolutely worst tap Coke I've ever had in my life. Don't get me wrong - I do enjoy a tap Coke from fast foods, pubs, and restaurants knowing it tastes a bit different. But this abomination tasted as if it was made with pool water. Never have I ever tasted so much chlorine in my drink. For that, another star down,...
