KFC Liverpool - East Prescott Road — Restaurant in Liverpool

Waited a long time for food at the drive thru. Then couldn't eat one of the sides as no spoon or fork in the bag. Had to go inside the restaurant to get one which defeats the point of using the drive thru service. Have to ask for sauces if you want them they don't think to offer. Then found they'd given me the wrong burger. Paid for cheese and bacon fillet but just given a fillet. Went back through drive through. The girl was very unprofessional and behaved very immature. No understanding of customer service and the fact of having to go back into restaurant for cutlery, and to then come back for this. She stared at me blankly. Then asked for the filler burger back. I actually asked what do they do now with the wasted burger..she said throw it away. I asked well don't you allow your customers to keep the one you have them as a mistake instead of throwing it away...she said that's not legal!!! I just thought it was pathetic that my receipt clearly stated that is paid for a cheese and bacon fillet meal and so the one theyd gave me they would rather throw in the bin han allow you to keep it as a vesture of goodwill when it wohld be thrown away anyway. She looked at me like i was asking for gold when i tried to mention this and could not believe she mentioned that being illegal!!!!

This branch just seems so rubbishly ran. Hey were all standing about talking and laughing and the guy taking the orders was so scruffy looking. Don't seem to know what they're doing at all....

Terrible Experience - Poor Service and Unprofessional Staff

I recently visited the KFC in Huyton, and unfortunately, it was an extremely disappointing experience. The reception staff and the manager demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and customer service.

Upon receiving our order, it became evident that we didn’t get what we had ordered. When we approached the reception staff, two ladies were not only unhelpful but also displayed a shocking level of rudeness. Instead of addressing the mistake, they chose to blame us, even resorting to sarcastic and racially insensitive comments. This behavior is completely unacceptable and tarnished our entire dining experience.

To make matters worse, when we requested to speak to the manager to address the issue, there was an inexplicable delay, and the manager never showed up. This lack of responsiveness from the management only further highlights the disregard for customer satisfaction at this establishment.

It’s disheartening to witness such unprofessionalism and disrespect from a well-known fast-food chain. I strongly advise anyone considering dining at this KFC location to think twice. The poor service, offensive remarks, and lack of managerial presence have left a lasting negative impression.

Utter trash. Went to the drive thru, finally got my food. After saying I wanted 2 large meals I get to the window and awaits me was 2 medium meals, staff just fail to listen, also get to the window, collect my meals and leave only to find the useless dingbat didn't put any salt, straws, a fork, wipes or tissues in the bag. After getting home me and family members tucked into our burgers to find the chicken in the middle was tough as if it was over cooked. I've never encountered this problem at any other KFC so I decided that was the last straw and I wanted my money back, getting to the drive thru all was well until a car in front of me was near 10 minutes getting served. There was a back log of cars and it seemed as if most of the staff had gone from when I was there an hour before hand which explained everything and that the boss is obviously counting the pennies as half the staff were missing, as I was sitting behind the car a staff member have the car in front two krushems with no lid on them. They obviously ran out of lids for the krushem cups but tried to palm people who where driving so they obviously would have spilt everywere I take it the lady in the car in front said something as the fella came back with coke cups with krushem straws inside. Not a good look for a fairly new kfc in the city. Needless to say I won't be returning to this awful excuse of a franchise and use the edge...
