It was so nice everyone wad welcoming and the pizza was like heaving dancing on my tongue with the pizza sizzling and the prices and very affordable I highly recommend buying from here I eat here every night and it's just so commenting The delivery is quick and efficient while it came perfectly and the shop itself is well in order and making it very clean while the smell is lush.Caprinos Pizza is a standout establishment that masterfully blends quality, consistency, and creativity in its offerings. TERRIBLE OVERALL DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! Ordered 14/10/23 Took 2 hours to come, they delivered the WRONG pizzas. I ordered for myself, and my friend who is a vegetarian, supposed to get 2 x 12” inch pizzas - one margarita, one pepperoni. The meal deal we got, you got 2 small sides, 2 desserts, a bottle of pop + 2 dips. In the end after TWO HOURS, we were delivered a TEENY TINY pepperoni pizza (box said 7”) and also a small (9”) MEATY BBQ PIZZA. Unacceptable, especially with vegetarians.

When I rang the restaurant the guy was majorly rude and unhelpful, said the driver “said” he delivered the right pizzas (how would he know unless he opened the boxes?). And kept arguing with me over the margarita pizza, he argued I did not order a vegetarian pizza - which i technically did as margaritas are suitable for vegetarians? I was trying to communicate it was unacceptable to send a meat pizza to a vegetarian, to which his reply was “no you ordered a margarita”. I KNOW I ORDERED A MARGARITA I DONT HAVE A MARGARITA.

And over and over again I said even my own pizza was the wrong size. £30 for a 9” and 7” incorrect pizzas. Massive rip off. Guy said he would ring me back to speak to his manager (he never did) when I rang back a third time he said he was sending out new pizzas (he never did, we waited another hour) no apologies nothing.

Would give 0 stars if I could because the sides were cold and stale after waiting 2h anyway. Only enjoyable part of the meal were the two desserts (and how can you mess up two tubs of ice cream). My friend ended up hungry as we ordered for tea time (8:30pm) and by the time we gave up waiting it was 11PM.

I don’t know why the guy on the phone would promise new pizzas if they never even ended up doing that. False promises, would have rather been told they were too busy to send out new ones and issued a refund. Wish we just ordered from somewhere else after the fact.

To the unhelpful rude server on the phone - VEGETARIANS CANT HAVE MEAT PIZZAS. Also we still haven’t had a refund and pretty sure Caprinos have...
