Subway — Restaurant in Liverpool

I visited my local subway today, 12th june around 130pm my friend and I were disappointed by the lack of food hygiene standards of the member of staff who prepared our food. She should be fired or at least not be working in the food industry, she would benefit from training in food hygiene and health an safety. I am not a petty person, however I was upset with my food. In fact it made me feel sick.

I observed her preparing food. She made Nachos for order that was to go out for delivery. As she poured out a bag of Doritos She dropped a quarter of them into the beef, she then continued to pick them back out of the beef and put them on someone’s food while making mine. I had ordered a plain cheese sandwich and also a separate meatball one. I watched as she threw the cheese, which landed on the side rather than in the cheese tub. She then dripped meatball source over my plain cheese sandwich ( I have sensory issues an can’t have food mixed or i won’t eat it ) it made me feel sick the way she was just dropping foods into the wrong containers and picking them back out an putting them back in to their containers to be used later. It is worrying as some people have food allergies, which could prove dangerous due to cross contaminated food. The whole experience out me off my food and I couldnt eat it. My food had been touched by tomato source it may sound dramatic to some people but am sure a lot of people would not like there food to be cross contaminated or have something they don’t like on there sandwich. I really think this member of staff should be taught some basic food hygiene lessons.

Absolutely appalling place. Miserable duo behind the counter were disinterested in doing their job properly and.Twice I went recently and on both occasions I had to walk out empty handed. The first time they gave me something completely different to what I ordered. Second occasion I visited I turned invisible. I kid you not. After waiting too long to be served a queue of 3 couples formed a queue behind me. Then the jobsworth staff member asked the people behind me what they wanted. I said to her "am I invisible". So I walked. Just as well I did as the food here is garbage going by the bad reviews here. Dreadful staff. Complaint sent to Subway. Avoid at all costs. I best it will close down soon. It's a dump....

We went to Subway this morning and we were very disappointed by the lack of hygiene, ill-mannered staff, and the dreadful food. Firstly, when we went inside we were greeted with a cold expression by the lady, she was impatient and impertinent. Her name tag said Jess and that she was the manager. There were flies everywhere and when I was naming the salad I wanted she rolled her eyes. At the end when we were paying, my dad wanted to sign up for a subway member card but she has the audacity to say "well I've got a queue so you should go" the "queue" was one person; she could've went to the person and come back to us. We did plan on staying to eat, however we just left in the end. Never going back again!...
