Choco Dado - County Road — Restaurant in Liverpool

Arrived at 11.20pm to order me and my parent and friend 2 cookie doughs and crepe we collected and ordered in store order was very quick however when we got home the crepe was ok, nothing amazing just average! The cookie dough was raw and still cold i was nervous to eat it due to normal cookie doughs contain eggs. I called to notify them they said they would send one out as time was passing the night was getting later and friends had now left. The MANGER on shift arranged for me to come back and get a refund I then returned with 2 cookie doughs one half eaten (obviously you have to eat it to taste it) The other not even touched to be refused my refund and told to wait for the same manger that told me to come as he had went out on deliveries I was left there for 20 minutes. Whilst observing the staff 2 females went out for ciggerate breaks which is not an issue however on return they didn’t wash there hands they continued with closing everywhere down now this was unacceptable. The manager then returned to give me my £6 for only 1 ( which was fine ) I told him about the smoking and he told me to ring the police if I have a complaint this company needs to have some basic training in customer service they shouldn’t be delivering food or serving food to customers at such a low standard. I went there the first time a year ago (August 2021) it was very good but the place was dirty the cutlery not washed properly the chairs full of stains the toilets dirty. The staff member who served us smoked her cigarette in front of the entrance and we had the smoke and the smell of the cigarette while we were eating. It was not pleasant at all. So I found what we ate good but I didn't want to come back because of all the above mentioned inconveniences. A few days ago my daughter went there and said that it had changed, the staff wear gloves and aprons and hair protection and the cutlery is disposable. The furniture has been changed.
