Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Liverpool

When arriving me and my family ordered two lattes and two blueberry muffins in which were both delicious yet when ordering the service was rather abrupt and rather rude. This was due to the fact that we were dining in and she rather rudely said “ You have to have it in bags, we’ve got no plates.” to us. Her tone was rather abrupt and shortly after I ordered she had gotten someone else’s order wrong and was blaming it all on her other staff member she was working with. Also when sitting at the only available table, it was rather dirty with sauce and crumbs, not to mention the lack of atmosphere it was very cold and has no music playing . I visited Costa Coffee South parkway train station. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. The service was excellent, quick, efficient, and with a smile. The place itself was spotless, very clean and tidy, which made for a comfortable and relaxing environment. I wouldn’t usually write a review for a costa coffee visit, but the absolutely brilliant service Iv just received I have to write a review. I wish I got the girls name but this member was so inviting when I came in, asking how I was and making lovely conversation about the plans for the day.
