Food Land — Restaurant in Liverpool

We orderd 2 chicken meat, and waited over halve an hour in the 4 person queue. So we asked for a refund when we saw the food looked awful.His whole attitude was really bad towards us .. No apology nothing ..When I got home I checked my account to find out he has taken out more money instead of a refund . Avoid avoid avoid . Food is not fit for human consumption, and he's a scammer..I'm in contact with my bank for the money...
