However the 3km Meander was very enjoyable with stunning views of Liverpool, the River Mersey, Liverpool Bay, The Wirral, Wales and more. The "Everton Park Heritage Trail Boards" are well worth a look as well, if you visit the Park. They include Streets in the Skys, The Church, Royalist Encampment, Victoria Cross Heroes, Village Cross, Lock-Up and the Toffee Shop. No surprise there are close links to Everton F.C. Read moreAn absolutely terrific spot for seeing the sky line of Liverpool. Stumbled across it by accent when having a little wonder of the city, and I’m so so glad I did! It’s lovely seeing the park and the city from higher up during the day, but the sunset and view at night is really something else. The area around the park is a tad unkept and there is some graffiti in the park itself, but the graffiti adds to its Liverpool charm and the park itself is very well kept! Overall a fab place to go for a walk...
