⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Green Chillies, and I must say it was an incredible experience! This Mallu Indian restaurant is a hidden gem in Liverpool.

First and foremost, the staff here are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Their warm hospitality adds to the overall charm of the place. They were attentive throughout our meal, ensuring we had a great time.

Now, let's talk about the food. I'm a huge fan of Indian cuisine, and Green Chillies did not disappoint. The Chicken Ularthiyadhu was an absolute delight - bursting with flavor and perfectly spiced. And don't even get me started on the Gulab Jamun for dessert – it was heavenly!

To complement the meal, I tried their Masala Tea with Saffron, and it was top-notch. The blend of spices and the touch of saffron gave it a unique and delightful taste.

I highly recommend Green Chillies to anyone who appreciates authentic Mallu Indian cuisine. Whether you're a regular Indian food lover or new to the flavors, you'll find something to love here. I'll definitely be returning to explore more of their menu.

Overall, Green Chillies offers a fantastic dining experience with delicious food and a friendly atmosphere. It's a must-visit for food enthusiasts...

Been in Liverpool for 10 years now trying to find good Indian food and decided to go here based on reviews, man did it not disappoint! Doesn’t look all that from the outside, but I have to say the food was incredible. Karelian king fish curry, paneer makhani - two things I’ve had before but tasted totally unique. Our waiter made a point of saying that everything they make is fresh and not from base pastes or sauces. You can really tell. The parotta were equally magnificent. Steaming hot when they arrived and extremely soft and buttery. If you like Indian food then try here, and try something new! Sure they do tikka masala but there is a world of flavour out there to try! A quick word for our excellent waiter who was nothing other than smiles and joy for everyone who was in the restaurant. After we paid, he made a point of personally thanking us for sharing our evening with them and enjoying their food, before shaking my hand, calling me by name and wishing me a wonderful evening. Couldn’t have been more proud to welcome people into his world. Incredible place and will be recommending to anyone who...

TL;DR Ordered something and received wrong items yet was charged 43 pounds and would not refund us and made a mockery off whilst refusing to take blame.

When trying to contact the store about this was laughed at and said sorry this happens, but then proceeded to tell me my order was right. Completely unprofessional and rude.

Trying to be unbiased about the food it was completely oily and the food tasted like it was reheated under a microwave.

Please stay away if you value your health. Would give 0 star if I could.

Reading owners replies to other negative reviews im expecting him to tell me why I am wrong and other customers haven't complained ect. So here is a preemptive reply... This is my experience with your store and I live close to your store, walking distance. I will be letting all my south Indian friends who have talked about going to your store know exactly my experience and warn them away from you.

DISGUSTING BUSINESS. I can see this wont be...

Great place to experience a bit of Kerala in the UK. The main purpose of my visit was to introduce two of my friends from Peru to the authentic Kerala dishes 😅. Although it can't compare to the years of experiences we might have garnered hunting for the best restaurants back home, it was definitely one of the best south Indian places I've tried here in Liverpool. I recommend the porotta and beef curry/fry. The pazhampori and beef combo was also a hit with my friends 👍. The uzhunnu vada was the most disappointing of all the dishes we tried, but I sort of expected that since it's always been very hard to find tasty ones, even back home. In terms of pricing, it cost a bit over £20 per head, but that's only because we ordered quite a few dishes for the friends to taste 😅.

Hi everyone…I have been ordering food from this place regularly but today 22 June 2022 I have placed an order and saw small cockroaches in the food when I have called the restaurant manager he said he will replace the food and that can be because of falling from light… But I want to complain about this and tell everyone how disgusting my experience was with them…Just to let you know I already ate 1 or 2 cockroaches and felt something was wrong and then when I saw this and realised this is disgusting…I want to tell everyone if you care for your life please avoid this restaurant
