Harry's Kitchen — Restaurant in Liverpool

Ordered here twice. 1st time the coffee had split on the rest of the order and 2 items missing. 2nd time I put in the comments ‘please make sure full order is in the bag and lids are secure due to spilling and missing items the previous order.’ Food took 90 minutes to get to us, the hot drinks had spilt everywhere and when the delivery guy was taking the order out of his bag, the paper bag split resulting in food falling all over our door mat (which he kindly left there for us to clean up) Called the restaurant and was told that the order would be replaced, will take about 30 mins. 2 hours go by and nothing so I call to chase it up (keep in mind I order a kids mean and 3 lots of pancakes with chocolate and marshmallows for my children, so they’re well aware that children are waiting for their breakfast to be delivered still) I explain the situation and the call gets disconnected, I then call 15 times over the next hour and no answer, then on the 16th call someone answers and assures me the manager will be in touch. 5 days later now and no one’s been in touch, and I’m still owed £55 or a replacement. Absolutely rubbish restaurant and even worse...

My boyfriend ordered a ham&cheese panini for me and a s&b barm for himself, it's just been delivered, I've literally taken two bites of the panini and had to write a review. This is not just the best panini I've ever had in Liverpool, it's the best one I've had since moving to the UK four years ago at all. This is the only place that uses the proper bread and toasts it like they do on the continent. I also really love the care with the packaging and the added fresh salad, that actually looks fresh. The chips are also amazing, I'm sure they are fresh as well, you can really taste it. I cannot tell you how happy I am to finally find a real panini! You have made my week. ordered way too many times from Harrys ! breakfasts , pasta dishes , kids meals etc are all the best , never had an issue in the million times I've ordered ! All food and even packaging is top quality , love the little notes on boxes from staff ! The smoothies are also amazing . you wont find a better breakfast / lunch place in Liverpool . All in memory of little Harry, fly high...
