Posting on behalf of my dad who is 72. He isn't very mobile, but he drives down often to spend anywhere from £10-£30. It states open until 8pm. He has arrived later a few times (6pm-7pm) and he is told to sit outside as "they dont want to get out at 9pm cleaning up after him" as they have all the chairs up inside.
I work in qsr myself and a store that is obviously high volume due to its location, its a shame service standards are left like this.
It's also closed very often due to staffing issues.
To add the lad called Joe is fantastic from what my dad has said. He is patient and always gives good conversation.
Thanks for reading, hopefully some action is taken to what I have...

First went in the toilet and noticed it was absolutely filthy & no toilet roll, so came back out to ask for some, staff member replaced it but by this point my little girl had taken in her surroundings and burst out crying and said it’s too dirty and wouldn’t go. We were going to sit in but also tables were all filthy so we got our food and left. Service from staff was fine but would question whether I’d come again as if this is what’s visibly dirty it worries me what’s not visible...
Read moreThe queue was out the building at 9am this morning. Just one girl serving and her colleague just chatting to a customer for at least 15 minutes. Only to find out that the woman chatting, while customers are waiting, is the manager! The girl doing all the work looked frustrated that there were loads of people needing serving and her team mate left her high and dry. Not great leadership at all. Food was nice, although the girl did get my order wrong but I was to worried to say anything as the girl was working hard. Glad I wasn't in a rush too or I'd have just gone next...
