Go to McDonald’s instead! You will receive far better service and food! I used the DriveThru at KFC Hunts Cross, I waited in the queue, I ordered food for me and the kids, I parked up, we ate the food, I cleaned up and disposed of the rubbish, and at no time did I realise I went over the 90 minutes KFC give you as a set time to queue, order, park, eat, cleanup and leave until I got this extortionate parking notice. Totally unacceptable KFC, and I call BS if KFC respond by saying the parking is nothing to do with them, if that’s is the case why are there KFC bins on someone else land, and why are you crossing someone else’s land to gain access to KFC’s Drive Thru. I will not be visiting this branch again and I will think twice before taking the kids to any other branch again. Disgusting stealth charging by KFC regardless who is enforcing the charge. I wouldn’t mind so much but it wasn’t a good experience there, my order was messed up and some bright spark put desert caps on all the drinks resulting in one of them being spilt, maybe I should send KFC the charge for cleaning my car. In response to receiving this FINE ‘If’ in the future I see one of your stores or staff members breaching or infringing on health and hygiene I will report KFC to Food Standards agency, and Environmental Health Services without a second thought. Awful experience that I was writing off as one of those things but this has totally topped it off. Great one KFC, you’re not as child friendly as McDonald’s! McDonald’s 5 Stars and I would recommend everyone to go to McDonald’s instead! I grade you...

Visit from hell. If this place doesn't have the trainers in tomorrow, there Willie riots in Hunts Cross. I have never, ever had as bad an experience in any fast food restaurant as here now. There are lots of staff, and lots of prepared food on the racks, but the staff are just stood there waiting and looking at the kitchen. If they are waiting on something, move on and serve someone else, just don't stand there letting everything else go cold. With the exception of Danielle,who came in and started her shift in the middle of all this chaos, all the other staff from the manager down were useless. The manager came out and bate faced lied to us, when we said tickets were getting done in order, as the drive-through was getting priority. They have two screens showing the orders, one for counter, the other for drive -through, and the oldest ticket for the counter was 25 minutes, while the oldest on the drive-through was 14 minutes. They even stopped taking orders over the counter. I had to return my stone cold burger there refused 20 minute old food others demanded refunds. Needless to say,no-one was...

I thought McD is the worst...not even close to KFC. 6 or 7 people, 4 or 5 orders...waited half an hour. "Fast food". Food quality disastrous. Most of the night spent puking. I don't know how people can eat that on daily basis, but do not be surprised to have a cancer. I do not know your secret ingredients you are so proud if, but they must be a chemical industry waste as I can't remember so vast reaction of my body. Meat - more bread than meat, almost no vegs. Cheese not even melted. Tortilla feels like a low quality cardboard. It doesn't even hold the food. Buns like some feel like polystyrene. Sauce...cheapest asda ones are far better... With such good location you have so few customers...maybe people understood earlier what I did last night? 100yards McD full of cars btw. Terrible. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid...or don't be surprised
