How much does a cup of tea cost a cafe to make? What cost is customer service? I've just spent an hour waiting to pick up a collection order from Metro. The order was placed over the phone 45 mins before that too. We were told they were busy so rather than the usual 20 mins to pick up we were told we should leave it for 45 mins which we did. You'd think that a customer that orders pretty much every Friday over the phone would at least be taken seriously but apparently not. An hour after arriving to pick the order up and being pretty much ignored. Yes they are busy but they also serve other customers who just turn up and sit in. One guy who was also waiting had also been there over an hour. Another guy ordered at 8:20 and only left 10 mins before I eventually got served. The order wasn't even right and had to be corrected. Apology when I was give the order..... noooo don't be silly that would be way too much trouble - like offering a cup of tea to keep me happy even though they kept me waiting an hour. If you've got that much business that you can't cope, get more staff. Needless to say we won't be going there again, I'd rather go to McDonalds and not waste an...

We were recommended this cafe by a commercial repair centre close to hunts cross metro station and what a fabulous place it is ,best breakfast I ever had a full English called a metro I had the larger metro it was so fresh cooked beautifully ,I do consider myself an expert on cafes being a truck driver 45 years (this is no greasy spoon by the way ) its like a hotel dining room spotless clean so friendly as well spoilt for choice on menu and prices best I’ve seen but be prepared if you have the large metro breakfast it comes with toast as well make sure you are hungry fab place very friendly...

I was in the area and decided to get some lunch, naturally everyones first though is a big chain but I thought no.. We have to help our smaller businesses grow. So I came to this shop and boy was it the best decision. The sandwich was completely filled and it was lovely, as if it was something my mum would make. The staff were lovely and so polite. Straight from the off, we were having a good laugh and the food was made with such efficiency. 10/10 for this shop. Sorry, I’d already taken a bite and then thought to take...
