Well where do I start, what a palava! After a long bank holiday morning shopping we decided to treat ourselves with a kfc on the way home after a stressful day. The ordering experience itself was a disaster, they really like to make you work for your food here! I felt like a star in little Britain! Everything I asked for was either wrong or out of stock! I’d looked forward to my milky bar krushem all morning and it was the only thing that got me through the queues today! AND THEY WERE OUT OF STOCK!! I had to settle for Malteser and one was not amused! after reciting what felt like no less than every item on the menu we finally had our order.. not my first choice nor second, let alone slimming world approved but we’ll get to that shortly! So after the lifetime of half an hour waiting driving around the building we finally got our food and I have to say, I’ve seen sloths in Chester zoo move faster! We weren’t even offered any sauces!! Starving, we headed straight home without thinking to check our order before we left.. after over 30 minutes preparing you’d think it would be right.. how wrong we were! To my dismay, I sat at the table ready to tuck in to my long awaited meal, begrudgingly with my Malteser krushem.. and, well, the palava continued.. not only was every meal wrong but we had another persons order also! We totalled 4 pots of gravy despite not ordering a single one! Steven (oh) was distraught, his beloved zinger wrap was nothing more than plain chicken in a wrap with a splodging of sauce and nothing else! Of course, starving we didn’t have time to return to the outlet and so had no choice but to eat the entirety! AND WELL... Let me tell you! I was utterly dissatisfied but every cloud, the diet is doing fantastic now! Definitely on my way to that half stone sticker now seeing as I’ve not risen from the throne all day! My guts are in turmoil! At one point I almost felt like I were going to pass out! And Steven, let’s not get started on hat subject! Thank heavens for two bathrooms let me tell you! Utterly outraged and disappointed, I shall not be returning here and implore all too follow suit! There should be a zero star...
Read moreCharged for a car breakdown while the KFC was shut. If you’re car breaks down don’t go near the place, in fact, drive on and endanger other road users or be charged £60 for the car that breaks down and £60 for anyone that helps get the car back on the road.
No parking between the hours of 01:30 and 10:00 without a barrier or clear signage to show that the car park is part of KFC and not Sainsbury’s or McDonald’s (even though there are signs for both in this section of car park) is simply a ploy to extort money from people and make KFc money while the KFC is closed.
You think you’re doing the right thing by going somewhere quiet to fix an overheating engine so as not to disrupt traffic or endanger other road users but these people couldn’t care less as long as their pockets are filled with your hard earned cash. I was there less than half an hour and didn’t cause any issues for kfc or their customers while I quietly sorted out another persons car to make sure the spaces were free when the business re-opened but I should have just left another person stranded and allowed for business to be disrupted as it cost me more than what I earned. KFC couldn’t care less and gave me a generic response and my appeals were rejected by UKPC even with evidence of the issues and an invoice of repairs to the other car. What a joke!!! Avoid this money grabbing place like the plague
KFC: if you’d like to contact me and have me remove this review then reply with some details so we can get these unfair parking charges quashed. I will be writing to multiple other places about this as this seems like blatant entrapment of anyone that is unfortunate enough to mistake the car park for being a part of the wider retail park

Read moreMost aweful experience ever in a fast food outlet! We went to KFC for lunch with friends and family while visiting Liverpool all the way from South Wales. We were directed to till by a staff member in order to use Blue light card discount. Store wasnt busy at all but we haf to wait by the till for over half hour - we felt almost invisible as non of the staff members came forward to serve us. Instead they continued to serve Drive through and other self service kiosk orders.
We tried a few times to grab someones' attention. Then the store manager Patricia shouted us saying that all staff are busy and we have to wait ! It was really embarrassing to get shouted in front of all the other customers and No apologies received for waiting. We then had no option but return to self service kiosk iignoring the discount. Waited another 40 minutes and had to chase to get the order delivered. We are sure that our order was ignored.
Patricia refused to give out KFC area managers number to make a complaine about this mis- treatment.
