I'm a regular customer at Mike's traditional fish and chips and ordered for the 1st time using the app despite there being a bit of a wait which was understandable due to Liverpool's parade the service and staff very helpful and very police the food very nice and still hot by the time i got it home only thing I can say that was bad was that I ordered a cheeseburger but when the lady serving was sorting it out she went on to state that unfortunately she couldn't put any cheese on it as they had ran out but was still charged for the cheeseburger rather than a normal burger has i had already paid on the app before collection everything else went smoothly only thing I can say is id recommend that the app be updated so that there is something on there that means the order has to be confirmed by the chippy so that ur only charged for what u get and if for any reason something like this happens that a small refund of the...

Once ordered my food and was sat down eating it, I went to the counter to ask for tomato sauce but all the staff had walked away and went to the back where you cannot speak to them… all you could hear was the 2 girls sniggering and laughing with each other. When they came back to the front of the shop after 5 minutes I approached the girl behind the counter and asked her if she had any tomato sauce and she was very snotty telling me I had to queue up again to order tomato sauce - I understand that she was in the middle of putting together orders but she could’ve spoken to me much more politely rather than snapping that I had to queue.
