Today( 10th March 2024 @ 5:10 pm) I went as normal to this store with my wife. I have been a regular customer and have not received this kind of bad service yet. As soon as I got in, a young girl went back inside showing zero respect and started using her mobile for 3 minutes. I waited and she wasnt happy to serve at all. I ordered a 6 inch sub with just cheese and toasted which she asked me to repeat 2 times pretending she couldnt hear me. Again the same continued, and my wife asked for red pepper and tomatoes as salad and she had to repeat 3 times. When she said tomatoes, the artist threw the pepper away showing no knowledge on customer service and shouting back at my wife. I had to interfere and she was asking if I was having any problem. It was completey a racist outcome from the staff which we had experienced sadly. I have worked as a supervisor in Subway for almost 8 months and managed a wonderful team of 4. This is very bad for a good company like subway and its store too. I prefer Greggs over this because the staff are just wonderful. Again, there is a boy who works in the same Subway, who is very nice and polite and a better choice. I would appreciate a quick review on the staff panel and hope the service gets...
Read moreTLDR: I'm a subway fanboy as a blue light worker. This is easily the best one I have found. Pros: Friendly staff, good sandwiches, plenty of room to sit, located close to other shops, loads of parking. Cons: When busy, the wait can be longer, but this rarely happens.
Longer version: As a blue light worker, I spend a painful amount of time grabbing food here and there, so when I find a decent place, I tend to stick with it. The staff here are lovely, friendly, and understanding of people who have never stepped foot in a subway before. You'll often find other Subways rush sandwiches or pull them out of the ovens early when they are busy, which can impact the end product. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff here. Besides waiting longer when it's busy, I can't think of anything negative. And if it's busy, it must be doing something right.

The cashier who served me and my friends was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout our entire transaction. I must say that I have never been treated with such disrespect in any establishment before.
From the moment we walked in, the cashier had a sour look on their face and seemed visibly annoyed with our presence. When it came time to pay, It was a very uncomfortable experience, and we left feeling disrespected and humiliated.
As a result of this experience, I can say with certainty that I will never return to this location, and I will not recommend it to any of my friends or family. It is unacceptable for any employee to treat customers in such a disrespectful manner, and I hope that you take appropriate action to...
