Absolutely awful customer service. My partner had placed a takeaway order at 7.45pm we got the receipt of confirmation from just eat and food would be ready at 9.05pm. 9.30pm still not received any food so we queried with just eat and they said there were delays as they were busy. Completely understandable with the current situation at 10.45pm still no food no update no contact no nothing. I've tried calling from 10pm still up until 11.25pm where we still have no food no contact no answering of the phone. I'm annoyed as in my job I would get scrutinised if I didn't make contact or even communicate with regular updates or even a sorry we cannot do this at this time but nearly 4 hours in and nothing....

We visited this place for the first time today. We spent a long time looking for a good location, as it had been a while since we found a tasty kebab—until today. We ordered the Kebab House Box and a 16” garlic bread. The food was excellent, the staff were very friendly, the meat was of great quality, and the garlic bread was absolutely heavenly. Only found this place recently and it's on my doorstep. The gourmet burgers are superb as good as any burger restaurant I've been to. The blue cheese burger is amazing. The BURGERS are massive. Im a big eater but even i was surprised .The Sharwarma was delicious to with charcoal grill tasting meat and so fresh. Also drove past the place since ordering and it looks spotless. Would absolutely recommend and will return soon. Great...
