Marmaris fast food county road — Restaurant in Liverpool

Ordered food just before 8. Food was half an hour late past estimated time. Spent half an hour trying to contact the restaurant. They kept letting it ring out. Ended up going through JustEat to contact them and they extended the estimated delivery time ANOTHER HOUR or so later. I tried to cancel my order NUMEROUS times, through JustEat and through the restaurant but they wouldn't answer me. Food came cold 3 hours after I had ordered at 11. I had already ordered somewhere else in the meantime and received that ordered as well....

To top it all off. The liars at this restaurant blamed the delay on HEAVY ROAD TRAFFIC. In the middle of a lockdown? The roads are empty. They don't respect me as a customer that much they couldn't even put any thought into a lie?
