Read moreI am giving 1 star too because that is the least I could give. Not a place for people from Hyderabad. What a shame on the name of biryani these people have served us. Me and my friends ordered 3 biryanis from uber eats asking for it to be spicy and with extra masala. We called the person and asked the person for the same. He reassured that we are going to get what we orginally asked for as well as gulab jamoon as complimentary, we were happy for that. We got a call back saying that they forgot to pack 3 biryanis instead packed only 2 so he asked us to order again. We were told to ordered the cheapest starter so that he could send us 2 starters and one biryani what we originally ordered. We were okay with that even tho it was costing us £10 more for no reason exluding the delivery fee now the told order went up to £50 approx. we recieved our delivery 30mins apart from each other. The biryani was nothing but coloured quoted rice and tasteless chicken piece. The starters were ok but the biryani was so bad. We literally did not finish the food. When called the guy from karnataka he was talking about his chefs and some chefs coming from different restaurants etc which was not even relevant for the answer I was looking for. He was such in a hurry to hung up the call I felt. Tbh I am not going to recommend this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe food was fresh, but way too spicy. As it was our first time we werenāt sure what they would class as mild, medium or hot, so took our chances when ordering. My partner ordered medium, as he does with other restaurants, and it blew his mouth off; he nearly couldnāt finish it. The paneer butter masala had too much liquid, but thankfully I ordered mild and added a note to specify my preferred spice level, so it was edible. The veg manchuria was nice but again, we ordered medium as we werenāt sure what to expect, and it set our mouths on fire; we couldnāt finish them. The portions were on the small side which was just as well as we couldnāt finish them anyway because of the heat. My partner feels nearly sick from all of the spice, which has never happened before. We really wanted to like it, but it just wasnāt for us. Iām sure itās quite authentic, and if you love spice, then this...
