McDonald's — Restaurant in Liverpool

I ordered a bigmac without onions, pickles and lettuce and other items in the drive through. When I got to the window, I had to repeat the order because the system had crashed. I complied. Got to next window and some young girl caked in make up gives me the wrong order. When I advised of this, she gave me attitude but gave me my "correct" order. I parked by the charity shop to check the big mac above. When I opened the box there was very little sauce on it, the patties were as old as my nana and it had pickles on it so I decided to go in. The lady that bothered to talk to me was more bothered about sorting about an uber delivery than anything else but anyway I repeated my order. Another girl came back with my "burger". This time there was no sauce on it so I sent it back again and once again repeated what I wanted. This time a curly headed brat in a light shirt, I'm guessing some sort of supervisor decides to argue with me from the kitchen that the first burger was right and just point blank felt entitled to dispute my order in front of a.packed restaurant! Seriously how dare you?!! Don't you know the first rule of customer service or do I have to tell you that too like I told you what goes in a big mac?!! The customer is ALWAYS RIGHT!!!! I ended up being handed a burger by another entitled brat this time a girl probably not even in her 20's, giving me attitude and asking "is this good enough for you?!"" Needless to say that burger ended up in the bin as god knows what they've done to it! Give appropriate training to your staff and monitor it anonymously and regularly if you care for your customers and not just their money! I understand why mcdonald's Kensington was voted one of the worst mcdonald's in Liverpool by the echo and I fully support that! It's a disgrace for the mcdonald's brand and it should be close permanently! It's burgers, not...

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The worst staff I've ever encountered,

first when we got to drive thru extremely rude from get go no thankyous just COMPLETELY igorent. we were pleasent and used our MANNERS.

When we got to the next window to pay all they said was the price we need to pay. There was no smiles and no manners which I find very ignorant but yet we still remained kind and used our MANNERS.

We got to next window and we always check our food before driving away and we ordered 3 meals and a cheeseburger and the burger we ordered was cheese and onion but had not even one piece of onion which normally we would just leave it and carry on with our day but we thought we should be getting what we're paying for.

So we asked nicely for some onion on the burger. The lady then snatched it out of my hand and put onion on it and then another staff was saying is he asking for onion and huffing and puffing about it so we said excuse me and then she started getting really aggressive to us and all the staff started joining in and becoming aggressive toward us as if we had Insulted them for asking for what we had paid for

Then got turned into a heated argument. The Manager come strolling over as if this is a daily occurrence didn't even bother to ask the staff to stop shouting at us or ask what the problem was instead asked us to leave so I proceeded to say that his staff have been extremely rude as he proceeds to apologise but continue to let his staff threaten to punch us and doesn't tell his staff off or ask them to stop.

It is completely UNACCEPTABLE behavior.

So on 2th of November , after almost 2 years i craved McDonald's food so i decided to go to McDonald’s in kensington , and I encountered an absolutely ridiculous and stupid behavior. First of all, I stood in line for 40 minutes at the drive-thru just to get a very simple chicken wrap meal, which I’m sure is already prepared in advance. After waiting for half an hour, they told me that the payment hadn’t gone through and I had to pay again. And now I don’t even know if I got charged twice. On top of that, the staff was extremely rude and impolite. I asked a girl who was working there about the exact price of the chicken wrap meal, because I thought I might have been charged extra,, and she responded in a very rude manner "i dont know the price" which surely she could have easy find out and get back to me then she got back to me saying "whats up?" RIDICULOUS!!!!! I understand you might be tired tired, I’m also tired, I’m a taxi driver but that shouldnt be the behavior!
