We ordered just under £50 worth of meals for my wife’s birthday so we could sit down as a family for a meal !! When the order finally arrived we noticed we were 2 meals short (even after going over the order a load of times on the phone ) we phoned up to complain that we were 2 meals short and the 1st reply was “can we just pass you them next time” which was not what I was expecting to hear , when I said no they then said they would get the 2 missing meals out to us in 30 to 45 mins up to now there has been no apology’s for this inconvenience which is absolutely disgusting , we then rang back after half an hour and the reply was it’s left it will be there any time now (still no apology) so after 50 minutes the food still had not arrived I decided to call back and say I want a refund for my food as the whole episode had become an absolute joke and the rest of the family had finished there food and the sides I had ordered had gone cold by the time my main meals had arrived the reply from the appalling customer service was “give the chips and curry back to the driver when he comes “ I couldn’t believe what I was hearing but I said ok , but while I was in the phone complaining the driver arrived and my girlfriend had took the missing meals of the driver (who said he was sorry the first time this had happened ), I then told the abhorrent human being on the other end of the phone that the driver had just arrived 50 mins after the original order and I wouldn’t be ordering from there restaurant again due this appalling service and lack of apology to which he said “I look forward to you not ordering again” I couldn’t believe me ears , I will end this review by saying i only give 1 star because it would not let me give 0 stars please beware of this business they make the mistake don’t apologize and then abuse you when you phone up to complain about the mistake THEY have made and not once did they apologize I will say they have swamp like customer service skills and come across like they are just not bothered about there customers (they didn’t get the amount due for the order wrong) like I have said please avoid and go somewhere else where your business will be...

Very disappointed tonight service was practically non existent! Table booked for 7 taken to our table and left, had to ask for drinks, when we finally ordered we waited nearly an hour for our soup to be brought out and sat for another 40 odd minutes, for the rest of our starters to be brought out! By that time a family of 6 or 7 had arrived opposite to us, we’re seen quickly with drinks and there starters came out just as we we’re getting the rest of ours! I asked for a bowl of prawn crackers because by this time we were really hungry! Yet again no one asked if we’d like a drink, so my husband had to pull the waiter and ask for some drinks, within minutes of finishing we were asked do you want your mains, we said yes as god knows how long we’d have waited, yet again we had to pull the waiter up for a drink! At the same time there were about 3 waiters serving the table opposite and they couldn’t do enough for them! I felt like because there was just the 2 of us we were ignored as we obviously weren’t going to be spending as much money as these big groups! So sorry will not visit again! Service was none existent and a very disappointing experience. Also the food wasn’t that great! And the portion sizes are a lot smaller than previous times...

Visited with a large party of 20 on Sunday.Greeted nicely but from there our dissapiontment started.Service was hurried and abrupt aledgedly saying that we could not split the bill 4 ways probably because they could not be bothered.Orderd 3 separate banquets..starters were take away standard..duck only came with I small plate of julienne veg (I'm a chef to trade)..one small ramekin of hoysin for 6...had to ask for more .Main courses tbh bang average..again take away on a plate and small portions ...was not a fan of receiving our plates with fried rice already on it..not in a nice mould but just walloped on the plate ..poor presentation.Sate was bland with no taste of peanuts and with pineapple in it... sweet and sour chicken not great either and poor portions...beef and green pepper average ..only plus point really was the ribs .Very expensive for what we got , rushed service and we felt rushed out ..and for some reason it went very cold...was the heating turned off..I don't know?Have been before and it was great but this time really dissapointed mayde it was just an off night..but a very expensive off night.... take away served...
