O'live Greek & Grill — Restaurant in Liverpool

I have previously ordered from here, lovely food and no issues. Today I received my order cold, sweaty so the chips had gone soggy. Items missing, over £40 order. So I called, explained to the woman on the phone. She went the kitchen. Came back, told me I’m lying because the kitchen staff said the items were there. Been a regular customer for a while, and I’m accused of lying! Told them I only wanted the missing items sent, her reply was no because im a liar. Not refunding, not sending replacements, oh and of course nobody there I can complain too!

On top of that the woman on the phone had the most awful attitude with me, what happened to customers always right? I was a regular customer, they have without a doubt lost that custom now. Hopefully people reading reviews will give the place a miss, or thoroughly check the order whilst delivery driver is at the door....

Had a chicken wrap and latte. The owner was very welcoming and explained i would have to wait 5 mins and that some dishes take 10 min as everything is cooked to order. Didn't mind the wait at all food was ready in 5 min . wrap was very good bread was fresh and not store bought with a shredded chicken filling which was moist and with subtle greek flavor salad ok could have used a little more of a crunch element red cabbage maybe? Coffee was very good great taste not luke warm like some places nice aftertaste. Good to see greek food in walton and someone trying to do more than the frozen...

We went to dinner 3 adults and 2 children ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Well first time on Liverpool and we was looking for somting nice to eat ?
